Return & Exchange Policy

GRACIOUS YOU endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

While we believe in selling premium quality and providing the best fit for all our products, we understand that quality and fit are personal to individuals, hence at GRACIOUS YOU, we provide hassle-free exchange. We do not offer refund facility as majority of our product are customized and we work on make to order.

 

          GENERAL POLICY

    • The product should be in the right condition with tags intact and must be unused, unaltered, unwashed. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, they’ll be rejected to avail.
    • 2nd time exchange is not possible.
    •  Any product purchased during SALE in any such promotions wherein free products are given or are given on SALE/Special discounted rates, such orders will not be eligible for any Return/ Exchange. 
    • No Return or exchange for the products which are sold out. 
    • The apparel description on the website contains details and product  specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details, and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online. Gracious You believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur with respect to the actual color of the outfit received. Strictly no Exchange or Return for this.

     

             RETURN/REFUND POLICY

    • Please note that we don't offer refunds. We only give exchange or store credit with 3 months validity. 
    • Once the product is placed. Cancellations are not allowed.
    •  While we are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them 100% satisfaction, we are unable to accept returns or exchange of any customised products which are stitched as per requirement of customer and Navratri outfits.
    • We can arrange a pickup for customer. Depending upon the order you might have to pay a nominal shipping fee or you can ship us the outfit. Only once we receive the outfits then only we can assist you.
    • Shipping charges will not be refundable. If paid any.
    • If order had been cancelled by us then only Refund will be initiated. Which will be credited to source payment method within 2-7 working days.
    • Kindly reach us on care@gracious.you for any assistance within mentioned timeline to help you further. If the customer fail to do so. We don't be able to help them with their returns and exchanges.

              EXCHANGE POLICY

             Damaged product received/wrong item received ?

    • Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains should be reported to us within 24 hours of the receipt of the products. Unpacking video of the parcel will be necessary and few pictures & video to review the same. We will only issue an exchange once we received the product back at our office.
    • We’ll raise a pickup request after analyzing the videos and photographs.
    • Once the product reaches us back, our team will inspect the product and ship your new product/s. Please note we'll not process any refunds. 
    • You'll have to reach us at care@graciousyou.com within 24 hours. So we can guide you further.

              Don't like the size/others ?

    • If you didn't received the size as per mentioned size guide in website then kindly reach out to us. Depending upon the order you might have to pay a nominal fee (based on the number of articles and their weight) for reverse pickup. You have to prepay these charges. This fee covers the cost of reverse pickup by our shipping partners.
    • Please reach us within 24 hours of delivery of product. Our team will share a payment link with you, Once you pay the exchange charges we will initiate the pickup request. 
    • Once the product reaches us back, our team will inspect the product and ship your new product/s. Please note we don’t process any refunds.

            Colour and description discrepancy

            Embellishment related issues.

    • Apparel consisting of embellishments like threads, beads, sequences, shells or mirror usually has the tendency to come off, if not handled properly.  Even with perfect handling, care and packaging this cannot be completely avoided. During physical transit, some of them may come loose or break, hence in such situations we cannot help you.
