Our Simple Policies

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out exactly as planned. That’s why we offer an easy returns and exchanges. 

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Tags & Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached. We cannot process exchanges for items that have been worn or altered.
  • Exchange: Products can be exchanged only once.
  • Custom-Made Items: Products which are customised to your exact size and preferences will not be eligible for exchange or returns.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations are not allowed once the order is placed, but if we ever cancel an order on our end, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 2-7 business days.
  • Refunds: As most of our items are custom-made and make to order, we do not provide refunds; however, we offer easy exchanges or store credit to ensure you're happy with your purchase.
  • Sales and Special Promotions: Items purchased during sales, special promotions, or those that include free gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return or Exchange Your Item

1. Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?
We’re committed to getting it right! If there’s an issue with your order – whether it’s a damaged item or the wrong product – we’ve got your back.

  • Contact us on mail or WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your item.
  • Share photos and videos showing the issue (unboxing videos work great for this).
  • We’ll arrange a pickup and return the item to us for inspection.
  • If a pickup service is not available or offered, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our address.
  • Once the item is returned to our team, we’ll promptly ship a replacement or issue store credit if necessary.

2. Need a Different Size or Product?
If the size or fit isn't quite right, don’t worry – we’re happy to help you exchange it.

  • Reach out on mail or WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Depending on the number of items and weight, you may need to pay a small fee for reverse shipping.
  • If a pickup service is not available or offered, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our address at their own expense.
  • Once we receive the item in its original condition, we’ll quickly send your new product or you can opt for credit note. Which'll have 3 months of validity.

3. Don't liked the Quality of product?

  • Contact us on mail or WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your item.
  • Depending on the number of items and weight, you may need to pay a small fee for reverse shipping.
  • If a pickup service is not available or offered, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our address at their own expense.
  • Once we receive the item in its original condition, we’ll quickly send your new product or you can opt for credit note. Which'll have 3 months of validity.
  • Please note: Customised products (made to your exact measurements or chosen stitched variant) or Navratri outfits cannot be exchanged or returned, as they’re made specifically for you.

Our Commitment to Transparency

  • We take pride in offering you as much information as possible so you can make informed decisions when shopping with us.
  • Colour Variations: While we do our best to accurately display the colors and details of each product, please be aware that colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings or lighting. These minor differences are not grounds for return or exchange.
  • Embellishment Issues: Items with delicate embellishments (e.g., beads, sequins, or mirrors) may occasionally experience some minor issues during transit. While we package each item with care, some embellishments might come loose. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with returns or exchanges for these situations.

Shipping & Fees

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable, if paid any.
  • Return Shipping: If you’re returning or exchanging an item, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our address at their own expense. For pickup, a nominal reverse shipping fee may apply.
  • COD Fees: COD fees are non-refundable.
