Shipping Policy
GENERAL POLICY
- Our warehouse despatches orders from Monday to Saturday.
- Once an order is shipped, it takes 2-7 working days to reach you based on your location. Prepaid orders will move faster and COD orders involves more procedure hence they might take more time.
- Please note. if there is any customisation or stitching option opted delivery period will be extended by 2-5 days.
- If your order is on Cash on Delivery. A verification OTP will be sent by shipping partner to your registered Contact number. Which needs to be confirmed to take delivery of product.
- Shipping partner might first take a confirmation on call before delivering your parcel and once confirmed then they take order out for delivery, If customer fails to answer them. Then product is shipped back to us. Please be watchful for any call or OTP from shipping parter. If you fail to do so then we'll not be liable to deliver your product.
- Sometimes it might be possible your order status shows order processing or in transit information on our website or shipping partner. However the product gets delivered within the mentioned timeline by us. For return and exchanges the actual delivery time of product will be counted for further assistance.

ORDER SHOWS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
You are requested to track your package on our courier partner site. If the order is marked as delivered status on courier partner site and it's not received by you, please contact us within 24 hours. The courier company will not be accepting any complaints post 48 hours marked delivery, and we will not be liable if there is delay in informing from your end.

SHIPPING IN INDIA
- Our domestic shipping partners are BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery, Shree Tirupati & others.
- We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions, custom clearance processes, and courier company caused delay in delivery time. However, we will ensure our best to coordinate with courier partner to get your order delivered ASAP.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- International Shipping is available.

- The shipping charges depend on your country of purchase and order volume & weight and hence will be required to calculate. Our team will reach out to you and confirm the shipping charges.
- Please allow 3-18 working days for International orders to reach after they have been shipped.
- All Products will be thoroughly checked and despatched. No return or exchange request will be entertained in international orders.
- GRACIOUS YOU cannot be held responsible for any parcel that is not collected by the consignee.
- Orders are shipped from India and any import duties and taxes charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country.
