Shipping: Once the order is placed it gets delivered within 2-10 working days in India. If you have opt for stitched size customisation kindly give us 2-5 days more to make it.
Return: As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold. Once the pieces are sold they can be exchanged either with a different product or the replacement in a bigger or smaller size, for the same product (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).
We issue a credit note for our customers, only when the desired size of the product is not in stock. If the product is eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at care@graciousyou.com strictly within 24 hours of delivery to request an exchange. Please note we do not offer refund since we offer customisation service and work on make to order basis as well.
